At Smarto AI, we recognize that our primary beneficiaries include minor students in Grades 1 to 12. We maintain the highest standards of child data protection, in strict alignment with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, India), the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and international GDPR-Kids standards.

2. Information We Collect

• Parent & Account Holder Data: Name, verified email address, mobile number, and encrypted authentication credentials.
• Student Profile Data (Provided with Parental Consent): Student nickname/first name, academic grade (Grade 1–12), curriculum board (CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, State Board), and target competitive examination (NEET / JEE).
• Cognitive Learning Diagnostics: Working memory scores, response reaction latencies, test accuracy metrics, and daily quest completion milestones.
• Payment & Financial Information: Processed entirely by our PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway partner, Razorpay, under the merchant account of Cyber Vision. Smarto AI never stores credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers.

3. How Information is Utilized

Collected user data is strictly utilized for educational and platform purposes:

• To calibrate personalized cognitive exercises in the SuperBrain OS.
• To render customized, printable A4 PDF worksheets and answer keys.
• To compute simulated All India Ranks (AIR) and college cutoff predictions for NEET & JEE aspirants.
• To generate parent progress scorecards and cognitive diagnostic summaries.
• Zero Advertising Guarantee: We never sell, lease, or monetize user data. We do not display third-party advertisements or behavioural tracking trackers to minors.

4. AI Socratic Processing & PII Redaction

When academic doubts or homework queries are processed by our backend neural models (including Google Gemini and Kota doubt engines), all personally identifiable identifiers (PII) such as full names, locations, and school names are automatically scrubbed and redacted before inference execution.

5. Parental Control & Data Deletion Rights

Parents and guardians retain complete legal ownership of their child's educational data. You may at any time request to review, export, or permanently delete your family account and all associated cognitive records by sending an email to privacy@smartoai.fun. Requests are fulfilled within 7 business days.

6. Data Security & Encryption Standards

All communication between your browser and our platform is encrypted via industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption. Internal databases are maintained in enterprise cloud infrastructure managed by GNET Technologies, protected by web application firewalls and daily encrypted backups.
